At Marie Boham, every piece is thoughtfully handmade and carefully inspected before it is shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@marieboham.com (or your Gmail until the custom email is ready). Include your order number and photos of the item so we can help resolve the issue.

Because many of our pieces are handmade and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we'll gladly work with you to replace it or find a solution.
